This is a complete compact set with two flexible plastic eye stencils, with three
eye shadow colors. And one custom designed brush.
The stencils work great to help you make smoky eyes and or cat eyes!
You can use it wet or dry.
The idea is your lay the stencil over your nice clean eyelid, just make sure
your lashes are poking through the opening and brush the shadow that best
matches your skin-tone and there you go, its filled in!

FYI: "Each kit includes two darker colors(both neutral to compliment any complexion)
and one base color for highlighting, or all over color. If your skin tone is light to medium
we suggest going with the light base color, or "light kit". If your skin tone is darker we
suggest the dark base color, or "dark kit".

Getting this question emailed to me often  "what is the differences in the two"? Because this
such an awesome product I asked Beth Bender to give me something that explains the differences
 in the Light set and the Dark set. Sure hope this clears it up
