Matte White

This color would be thought of as a multi-purpose mineral eye shadow. You can use it as a way to tone down a color you are wearing instead of removing it and doing it over again. You can place it under your eyebrows to wake up your face. Or under your lower lashes to brighten your eyes, great help after a late night party.
