Cinder ~ Eyeliner

This is the deepest, rich black we have to offer. It has red sparks to really add to your smoky eye look!

You only need a little bit this color and wear it wet!

For using it as eye liner, place a little mineral eye shadow into the lid of your jar
then just wet the tip of your brush with water then dip it into your
eye shadow and mix it a little in the lid so you really have something to work with.
Line your eyes with bronze turquoise then to really make your eyes pop. go over it
again with dry mineral eye shadow. You can smudge it as well if your like.
If you place it right at the base of your lower lashes, its truly brings out the color of your eyes.
It stays put wet or dry..
