Many men make the same mistake regarding their appearance.
They maintain a healthy diet, workout, read up on the latest fitness
routines, purchase nice clothing, and spend thirty bucks on a haircut
and another twenty for hair gel.
But when it comes to learning about how to care for their skin, they would
rather take an elbow to the ribs in a pickup game of basketball.
Remember, the very first thing people notice is your FACE, not your
muscles or your “six pack”!
Start off the morning with a cleaning facial cleanser. Our Green Tea Facial
Cleanser thoroughly cleanses while it removes dead skin
and other facial impurities.
You will feel a difference almost immediately and should notice a big
difference in your complexion within a few weeks.
An entirely different shaving experience. Our Smooth Shave* is
fortified with vitamin E, Aloe Vera, glycerine and Tea Tree for a
soothing, hydrating, close shave that significantly aids in reducing
razor rashes and burns.
Moisturize! I know that sounds like something many women do, but it really
just means hydrating and protecting the skin. Used twice daily
on dampened skin, our 3-in-1 Daytime Moisture Cream* will
significantly aid in protecting your skin from the aging process.
Its anti-aging formula hydrates, protects and helps reduce
fine lines and wrinkles. Our Moisture Cream*
should be
used in conjunction with our Deep Cleaning Face Cream*
Other Valuable Skin Care Tips:
In addition to these easy steps, there are a few other skin care tips that
I'm sure many
of you have read about but are worth repeating.
A. Stay out of the sun during the peak hours from 10 am till 2 pm. When
in the sun, use a sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher.
B. Avoid smoking.
C. Avoid excessive drinking.
D. Exercise at least three times a week. It has been proven that increased
capillary capability and delivery of oxygen to the tissues
tremendously helps in keeping the skin look more youthful.
E. Eat a balanced diet with an emphasis on avoiding high glycolic foods,
such as white rice and bread, and minimize the intake of fatty foods.
F. Drink plenty of water. Many experts agree that drinking six to eight
glasses a day will not only help us preserve our skin's elasticity, but
also help prevent dehydration.
G. Get seven to eight hours of sleep every night.
As you can see, there isn't a lot to remember here about skin care. Follow
these simple steps and you will go a long way in making a significant
difference in your skin and complexion.
