Smoky Joe

Looking for black that is more like smoke? With gold shimming high lights? Then Smoky Joe was created just for you! Like smoke the light glimmers as it moves in the air, Smoky Joe shimmers with gold..  Doesn't go on as dark as Basic Black more like a softer more smoky look. Pair it up with Storm or Silver and you have eyes that will defy him, capture his attention and never let it go! Smoky eyes are always in, why go dark when you can smoke?
