(Please read this one out loud to get the true feelings of what its to make you feel)

You had of loved me once or we would not be
At this moment in Time
Changes are in the air
Not sure which way you will go…
I had to of love you once as well
But as we meet here in this place in time
Staring back
Debating if we are going on together
Or is this time to part our ways

Are we still in love?
Neither can really answer
Hard questions
Lacking answers filled the air around us…

Did we ever feel love for each other?
Or was this just a passing phase?
Staring off into space
Each trying to decide to stay or go
All stopped
Air becomes still as one comes to the decision
of letting go
dropping everything
And walking away

Love dies as you leave
There are no tears left to cry
dry eyes meet with yours
As you turn to go no more words can be said
As you start to walk out that door you don’t even look back

Did you ever love me at all?
Was all I could think it say
Trying to think of something to say to make you stay
As you stop half way out the door..
You turn
Slowly with sad regret in your voice
I hear you slowly whisper
No ...
Nothing more could be said
Letting you go was all I could do now

All I hear is the door close before I hit the floor
Melting in a pool of pain
There will be no more of us
I start to reach out to hold what is now empty air
One word killed it all
As I whisper back to you
Goodbye
To the closed door

Love lost ever more.
