Alright, but in order to make this work, there are of course, a few rules
you need to follow.

Rule #1: Get into this with the help of a professional! Seriously guys, nail
polish will not help much if you just slosh it on rough and unprepared
nails. Get your butt into a salon, or nail treatment shop, or whatever
you prefer to call it and get your feet treated by a
professional. It’s called a pedicure. And yeah, of course nail places
cater to men. In this economy, they will more than gladly welcome
and treat you like a King!
And pay attention! The nail tech has worked hard at mastering this art,
so ask questions and absorb. You can learn a lot from this gal. And
it’s one heck of a relaxing and enjoyable experience – trust me
on this one.
And don’t forget to tip!

Rule #2: Go for the Color! You didn’t get this far to pansy out on the
whole deal. Either choose something that you like or let the nail tech
suggest a color that she feels will look good on you (it’s what
they do, okay?).
Better yet, order a bottle or three of the men’s polishes from this website
and bring one in with you. The tech will be impressed…

Not ready for color quite yet? Then at least get a clear polish to help
keep your nails healthy and looking neat and clean. They make
matte finish for men too.

Rule #3: Wear it! I don’t mean in the closet, dude…get some decent
sandals and give your new look some quality exposure. You’re not
feeling those jitters for nothing you know. That’s your signal that
there is more excitement and adventure to come!

Rule #4: Be Prepared. Give some serious thought to how you are going
to answer the question “so why do you wear your toenails
polished?” Maybe because you like it, your girlfriend or wife finds it
sexy, it’s a heck of a lot better than the crusty feet/nails you had
before, or maybe it’s because you just enjoy being ‘you’.
Oh, and put some thought into being gracious when someone
compliments you for being open-minded and fun. It’ll happen dude,
believe me!

Rule #5: Don’t let it get ugly. Chipped polish and broken nails suck – on
women or men. Get back in for a refresh when it’s looking a little
worn. It’s an opportunity to try another color too.
The good thing about a quality pedicure is that it lasts for weeks.

Rule #6: Take Adequate Precautions. Nail polish is not to be taken lightly
– it can be quite dangerous in fact!
First, it’s addictive. You will not really appreciate this until you’ve worn it
a few times, so remember this as you get more ‘seasoned’.
Second, you are being a trend-setter, a style-maker and an innovator
when you wear nail polish. Those are all qualities that some women
(the kind you are interested in) find very attractive.
Third, you will never get over the incredible feeling of excitement you will
experience from being free enough of your inhibitions to try
something like this. But you just weren’t brave enough to enjoy it
before.
Fourth, don’t smoke while having your nails polished. The stuff’s highly
flammable, and if it catches fire, you’re really not going to like the
literal version of “hot feet”.
