When you order Magic Lash you also receive a three page sheets on how to work with it. Also a sample of our long lasting Overall Beauty Minerals. You will receive a email when you order asking what color mineral eye shadow you would like as your FREE sample. Your Overall Beauty Mineral eye shadow will come in a jar not a baggy for easy use. We have many colors to pick from. Shipping is still only $4.80 and we ship Magic Lash all over the world now! Don't be surprised if your best friend has it before you do, we hear all the time how friends are "borrowing" their Magic Lash and never returning it. Its that good and that easy to use. Many young ladies are now buying one for themselves and giving one to their friends.
What nail polish brands do you offer?
We offer BB Couture nail polish and we still have a few mood changing nail polishes by TOMA left. We decide on offering you the best we could find for a price you can afford. There are only two places on the internet you can find BB Couture nail polish, Overall Beauty and at the company website itself. BB Couture nail polish has never had any of the top three bad ingredients in their nail polishes. You won't find Toluene, Formaldehyde and DBP in any of their nail polishes. Unlike some major brands who feel that to have a better nail polish you need these three nasty ingredients and then make you pay more for the right to wear their brand nail polish. You may find that a few of BB Couture nail polishes are very popular this year, Maleficent Magenta (dark purple), Dragon's Breath (dark purple with glitter), Dark Knight and Exotic night (a really rich deep purple). WE are the only place you will find all their most up to date brand new colors! Green Goblin, Balboa Beach Bunny, Zuma Wave Rider and all the really cool green nail polish colors they offer! If you read about a BB Couture nail polish color that we may not have, don't be afraid to ask for it! We have had others ask for a color that they may of read about on a nail care forum that we don't carry. Usually its because we don't have a good image of it. Will I get an order confirmation?
For every order you submit to Overallbeauty.com, you will receive an
order confirmation email.
We recommend that you print and save both for your reference. For your
security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address
you provide. Please be sure to provide a email address that you check
often to ensure that you see that you have receive your order confirmation.
Please use a email address that you check often, so if we have any questions
on your order you can get back to us quickly and it doesn't delay your
shipment.
You will need use your order number for reference in all emails. There has been problems not getting answered quickly because email addresses being used for ordering are not either valid any longer or at times misspelled or typed in wrong. Please use a email address that we can answer your questions with.
Question how can I track my order?
Tracking an Order: You can track the status of your order online at Overallbeauty.com. Click on
My Account and sign in to check the status of your most recent order and
your order history. A tracking number is provided for USA orders only unless you are paying International shipping rate.
We cannot guarantee how long it will take the third party delivery service,
such as USPS, UPS or FedEx, to deliver the item to you, in the USA or
overseas.
For USPS, please estimate 2 - 7 business days from the time your order
has been shipped. Orders over a pound are shipped Parcel post unless you
request otherwise.
*New Information About International Shipping:
We do ship to just about everywhere around the world! We ship using US First Class Mail which is the cheapest for most BUT it will not give you a tracking number. If you want a tracking number then you need to use International Express Mail which on most orders of about a pound is about $30.00 plus depending on the country. We recommend that International Express Mail be used for some countries that we have had packages not been delivered. Singapore, Mexico, Philippines, Korea, to name a few. There has been no issue with shipping to countries such as Australia, Canada, Germany, Norway, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom etc. If you have any questions about shipping costs please contact Kim using the contact form on the website.
As always please be sure to add your full address. Most times when a package is send back its due to the fact that an Apt, Unit or street number has been left off. If we are not sure on your address you will be emailed to be sure its correct.
Most times your shipping will come up cheaper than you think it should be depending on the country you wish to ship to. The shopping cart tends to have a mind of its own and won't over-charge you on shipping. It has decided to try and save you money by not over-charging you!
AND if you are not charged enough, for example going to Australia a package weighting a pound is about $12.00 going US First Class Mail, the shopping cart may charge you only $9.95. Don't worry I'm not going to come back and ask for the few dollars. That's just silly to do that.
When ordering anything that is going overseas, please understand that it will take longer due to the fact that most companies who's products we offer do not ship overseas. It will be shipped to us then we will then ship it out to you. Your order may take up to 2 weeks longer depending on product(s) you have ordered. Don't worry, you are emailed and kept up to date all the way!
More Questions about shipping:
Shipping: Depending on where your package is being shipped from may also have
a factor in your delivery status. We offer products that may be shipped
by the that company or if you have order products from different brands
they may come in either separate packages or in one. It all depends on
your order and the products you have ordered. Some products have to be
special ordered for you due to the fact that our natural products are
not created till you order. If there is any delay in your order, we
keep you up to date at all times on the status of your order.
Orders shipped via 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight are all shipped via UPS.
Due to the fact that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses,
we will be unable to ship via an expedited method to these addresses.
Another question shipping Surcharges: Per Item shipping does not apply for orders being shipped to APO/FPO Mititary addresses. Our per one item shipping starts at $4.80 all orders not per one item shipping is $9.95. We ship all orders USPS Priority to Alaska, Hawaii,U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO Military addresses (we use more economical shipping methods for all other orders). If you are not in any hurry for your order you may use per one item shipping when ordering just one item. This is our way of saving you money on shipping charges.
In USA only: We have Free Shipping over $70.00 all year around for USA customers only. During the holidays your Free Shipping amount may drop to save you even more money on your gift giving needs.

UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver: Please note that not all products can be shipped 2nd day, if you have any questions on shipping please contact us before paying for your order. We would hate to have you over pay for shipping if at all necessary. All orders going overseas are shipped USPS First Class mail to save you shipping costs.
Question about Shipping Carriers:
We use USPS First Class mail for all orders under a pound. Over a pound will go
Parcel post unless you request it goes UPS.
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery unless you have a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. Box, all orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Other questions we are asked about:
How long does it take for my order to process?
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the
same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday
are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday. If what you have ordered is out of stock or offered by a company who's products we do not personally stock, your order may take longer than a couple of weeks to be send out.
What about the organic/natural skincare, bath & body products? Are they fresh?
We only work with companies that we know have the highest standards in their fields of organic/natural skincare. All organic/natural skincare products we offer come from companies who do not create their product for us till you buy it. That way you are not buying something that is out of date, and not fresh. Who wants to buy something that has been sitting for who knows how long on a shelf somewhere? No one who doesn't mind paying a little more for a better skincare product. We know that must be you. ;)
What do the order statues mean? It seems due to the shopping cart we use this is a question we are asked often so we thought it would be good to add these questions to this page!
Questions about what are Order Status:
Order Submitted - "Pending"
Prior to sending the order to the warehouse for fulfillment and processing,
your order needs to be authorized for payment. For your own protection, our
Web site performs additional security checks on some orders. Our customer
service team may need to contact you regarding special orders or large dollar
value orders. This may delay your order processing time by one or more business days.
Any order paid by echeck through paypal.com, your order remains pending
till your echeck has cleared. We will send you a email letting you know that
we have received your echeck payment and let you know that your order is on
its way.
Order Submitted - "Processing"
Once you have placed your order on Overallbeauty.com and your credit card has been
authorized, your order status will appear as "Processing." You will receive a
email updating your order status at this time.
Order Delivery - "Shipped"
Once your order has left our warehouse in California, the order status will appear
as "Shipped". In most cases, when you select USPS or UPS Ground shipping,
you will get your order within a week after it has left our warehouse. Ninety percent
of Overallbeauty.com orders are shipped within 1 - 7 business
days (it may take longer for weekend orders). Shipped orders also depend on what
order contains and were its going. Out of Stock products may hold up your order
but we let you know if there is any problems on our end. Once the order has been shipped
with USPS,you can expect it within approximately five to 10 business days depending on
where you live. Overseas depends on your customs on when you may be receiving your
order.
Do you ship to Canada?
We accept Canadian credit cards for purchases shipping to Canadian addresses only.
Orders are in US Dollars only.
Please make sure to provide precise Canadian address information including city, province/territory, and postal code information. Remember to spell out the Canadian city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Your shipping address must be in Canada. Canadian customs has a real bad habit of holding up orders because well they can. Please understand we have no control over what happens to your package after it has left Overallbeauty.com. Sometimes Canadian customs will hold a package up to a month before releasing it.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales Tax is for California orders only.
The tax rate applied depends on your ship-to destination. Tax is calculated on the
merchandise total of your order. Our tax rate is %7.75 because in California this
was the best way to average out the tax. Even if your tax rate is %7.25, your order
will still be taxed at our tax rate.
